Marbesa is a very attractive beachside area of cosy bungalows and luxury villa's, 8 km away from the city of Marbella. Still relatively unknown for many visitors and even residents, this appealing residential zone is upcoming, experienced a strong increase in interest of both end-users who love to live in a detached villa near the beach, and investors who consider Marbesa as a prime location for value appreciation in the nearby future.
Marbesa covers approx. 3 sq.
